Zero-Retention Privacy Policy

1. Core Zero-Retention Commitment
Rankinog AI Inc. ("Rankinog", "we", "us") operates under a strict Zero-Retention Customer Enclave (ZRCE) architecture. Any telemetry imagery, GeoTIFF rasters, coordinates, spectral vectors, or classification labels transmitted by you to api.Rankinog.com are processed exclusively inside volatile GPU SRAM and purged upon stream completion.
2. Never Used for Foundation Model Training
We explicitly warrant and covenant that customer-uploaded telemetry, hyperspectral rasters, and inference results are NEVER used to train, retrain, distill, or fine-tune Rankinog base foundation models (including RK-512 Hyperion) or shared across customer organizations.
3. Cryptographic Memory Purging
All inference sessions execute in encrypted hardware memory enclaves (AWS Nitro Enclaves, NVIDIA Confidential Computing). At the termination of the HTTP/2 or gRPC response stream, the allocated SRAM space is zero-filled via a cryptographic flush instruction, preventing side-channel memory inspection.
4. Account & Billing Data
We retain strictly the minimal information necessary for billing and API quota enforcement (organization name, business email, token usage counters). Billing information is processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors and is never combined with your telemetry payloads.
